The Food at Shiftcon was AWESOME!

The Shiftcon conference introduced me to great brands, products and delicious nutritious FOOD! The meals that were included at the conference were yummy AND GMO free!
For breakfast we had Chicken Apple Maple Sausage provided by Applegate & Soft Scrambled Eggs provided by Nest Fresh. Applegate offers a variety of natural and organic meat and cheeses ranging from deli meats, hot dogs, bacon, chicken strips, breakfast and dinner sausages, burgers and even corn dogs. Nest Fresh eggs are all 100% cage free which make these eggs super fresh and tasty.
These delicious blue gulf oysters came straight out of the Gulf of Mexico and tasted absolutely divine courtesy of the New Orleans convention & Visitors Bureau. The oysters offered a delicious taste of some of the fresh tasty seafood New Orleans has to offer.
This scrumptious patty was provided by Gonsoulin Land & Cattle Compan who are local and have been a part of the grassfed industry since 2006, producing quality grass-fed beef using no antibiotics or growth hormones.
Can’t forget desert, these organic Madagascar vanilla ice cream wafer sandwiches from Three Twins Ice Cream were absolutely delicious and I’m not sure just how many I actually ate!
