My boys love mini-muffins and can eat them all day long! Here is a recipe hack using Jiffy banana muffin mix & Apple banana GoGo Squeez that will make about 22 delicious muffins for breakfast or snacking in about 30 minutes..

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Jiffy Banana Muffin Mix
  • 1 Apple Banana GoGoSqueez
  • 1/3 cup of dry quick oats
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp of cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well and use an ice cream scoop to fill each mini muffin tin approximately 3/4 full with batter.

Place in oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Place on cooling rack for about 15 minutes then enjoy!
