The set includes 1.5 pounds of Sand, ice cream cone, ice cream scooper, cupcake mold and 3 assorted ice cream toppers.
First, we made an ice cream cone by using the ice cream scoop to make scoops of “ice cream” and placing them on top of the cone. Then we used one of the ice cream toppers to make a fun top scoop with a design.
Next, we created some “cupcakes” using the 3D mold and filling both sides of the mold with sand before putting the whole thing together. After we joined the two pieces of the mold, we carefully opened it and had the perfect “cupcake”.
The Sands Alive! Sweet Treats kit is a fun way to play with sand and mold it into hard durable shapes but with a soft touch.
I love that the set is all packed inside a convenient storage bucket which make for a quick and easy clean up.
